I’ve lived in Slovenia for many years and have a property in Istria. I know how it feels to be far from home and worry about your property. That’s why I created Pula Property Watch – a service based on trust, regular inspections and detailed reports, so you can have peace of mind even when you’re not in Croatia.

Our Services
We provide reliable property care for owners who are away from Istria. After every visit, you recieve photos and a short report
- Regular property checks
- Inspection of the interior and exterior of the property
- Checking for possible damage, water leaks, or signs of a break-in.
- Running water through all taps and flushing toilets to prevent dry traps, unpleasant odours, and possible blockages
- Ventilation of the property
- Water and Electricity meter readings including photographic documentation.
- Mail collection, with opening and scanning upon request.
- Plant watering
- 10–20 photos and a short report sent via email, WhatsApp, or Viber after each visit.

Pula, Medulin, Premantura, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Vinkuran, Ližnjan, Pomer Šišan, Štinjan, Peroj, Vodnjan, Galižana, Loborika, Marčana, Kavran, Duga Uvala, Krnica, Rakalj, Barbariga, Fažana, Valbandon, and the surrounding areas.
Other locations in Istria are available by arrangement.

Monthly property care from 59 € per month.
The final price depends on the frequency of visits, property location, and the services required.

Additional Services
Upon request and for an additional fee, we can arrange an extra visit to switch on the air conditioning or heating, turn on the refrigerator before your arrival, and organise professional cleaning if needed.
